My name is Holly. I am a 31 year old navy wife. I stay home with the kids ( they will be referred to as the minion collectively from here on out). We have 3 cats and a dog. The hubbs is in and out doing his thing, and we are okay with that. This is a blog about cooking, and life. I like to dance and play with my kids, and I love to go dancing. We are a very vintage family, with a sarcastic outlook on life. I am no June Cleaver, but I do love her. I am more of an I love Lucy. You know, the woman who wants to have fun and go out. But has to watch what she spends and messes things up sometimes. Yep, that is me. Though I do not smoke, I still am thankful I get to be a stay at home mom ( dad, chauffeur, therapist, cook, maid, support system, and so much more)for my family. I know it is not for every one, but I am glad I get to stay here and raise my kids myself. It is nice to know that the majority of the issues they will have in life come from me being a crazy mom, and not some crazy babysitter.
